Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what is and is not allowed on Brimio. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Prohibited Content

You must not use Brimio to generate, store, or share:

• Illegal content — child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism-related content, or any content illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — deepfakes or AI-generated intimate images of real people without consent.
• Harassment & hate speech — content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Deception & misinformation — photorealistic images intended to deceive, impersonate, or spread false information.
• Intellectual property violations — content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Malware & exploitation — content designed to facilitate phishing, scams, or other malicious activities.

Prohibited Activities

• Automated scraping or bulk generation beyond plan limits
• Reselling API access or generated content as a competing service
• Circumventing rate limits, safety filters, or content moderation
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or abuse free tiers
• Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer AI model weights

Public Content

Images you mark as "public" appear on the Discover page and are visible to all users. Public images must comply with this policy. We may remove public images that violate these guidelines without notice.

Reporting

To report content that violates this policy, contact us at abuse@brivi.app with the image URL or ID and a description of the violation.

Enforcement

We enforce this policy through automated filters and human review. Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement where required
